Set out for the mountains
with the promise of renewal
With followers by my side,
I'll journey far from home
Our quest for elation
is met with allurement,
temptations for the weaker men,
to crumble the spirit
Set out to find
eternal piece of mind,
we walk through the broken
fragments of lost time
Stray from the path
the weak will ride
From fragile hearts,
all hollow blood will die
The first is of wine,
to poison the soul
A follower withdraws the climb,
for he's found his new home
Contentment enchants us,
lost to all this revelry
In the midst of this absurdity,
I will leave my only friends
I persist this climb
to a world unscathed,
by defect unstained
A vow not set in vain
At the base of the mountain
lay the weakest of all
Try as the might, their persuasions are weak
I'm left unturned by the words of the meek.
Destroying these men, along with their gods
Slaughter the ones of frail, hollow blood
I've reached the mighty summit
where the gods were said to dwell
Met with only cold darkness
The solitude's enough for me.

Deep within the frozen earth

Give the system a stronger center
From under a dark sun
Shift to unveil a path
Plates now make way
An instant reaction of
Glass formed in laze
The prophecy has come to pass
And the newborn child burns
Infant among decaying stars
Light has now returned.

Magic, mana, mayhem
